30-Day No Hassle Returns*

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! We want our customers to have a worry-free relationship with us. That’s why we offer a simple, no-hassle return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange all new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your return request is due to product defect or damage, we will replace the product in full.

Please contact us or call 1-866-260-2121 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for processing. No credit will be given without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

No Restocking Fee

Most companies charge a 15% or more restocking fee. We want to make it easy for you to do business with us even if you have changed your mind or would like to exchange products. We only ask that the products returned be in new, unused, and resalable condition in their original packaging. Delivery Inspection for Bulk Orders

We will assume that once product(s) leave our warehouse, the packaging and its internal contents will be received complete, undamaged, and in working order just as the way it left our warehouse. Although most deliveries are signed for without damages or problems, for your protection, we ask that you please inspect your packages.

We will assist customers should any claim may arise from freight related handling and delivery. However, once deliveries are accepted and signed for, the customers assume complete responsibility for the deliveries. Please make sure your delivery is complete, undamaged, and/or noted on the packing slip—before signing for the delivery. Contact us within 3 business days if problems arise.
